What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Deliveries online may take a minimum of 7 days for delivery, all orders placed for truck deliveries are charged.

The charge for truck delivery is € 185.

Your delivery charge will be automatically calculated at the checkout when you enter your post code. For further information, please view our FAQs

Truck delivery includes A 2 man team will deliver all orders that we classify as ‘large’ deliveries (anything over the 25kg item rule) and any products that we deem unsuitable for parcel delivery.

When you shop online, you can´t see the cost of delivery before ordering by placing your items in the basket.The we will confirm it by mail.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Online you can pay with all major credit and debit cards including: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, American Express, and PAYPAL.

How long will delivery take?

For online deliveries, there are two delivery methods. We aim to deliver your order within 14 days, depending on stock availability and where you live.

We will confirm your delivery date via email, within 72 hours of placing your order. If this date is unsuitable, we can always change it.

Can I return items?

Items can be returned to our store with your original receipt. Depending on the condition of the items, the value and method of refund would be at the discretion of the store.

Goods made to order can be cancelled or returned unaltered at any time within 15 days of purchase the same as any other product. Return unused items in their original packaging, together with your till receipt or copy of your online order confirmation email, for a full refund or exchange.

The product I’ve purchased has a faulty or damaged part.

You only need to take the faulty part to our store with your receipt and we will exchange this for you. Alternatively you may return the whole product for a replacement or full refund.

If you do notice a problem with any product within the first year of purchase or within the full guarantee period, please return the item to a store or email pictures and a description of the fault.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

If you are purchasing goods in an MdlM Store you are entitled to claim a VAT refund when you are either:
• Non EU resident
• Customer registered for VAT in the EU, other than the UK.

Non EU resident:
If you are exporting purchases outside the EU you may be entitled to a VAT refund. If you are shipping the goods as freight please request an MdlM ‘VAT refunds for export outside the EU’ notice. If you are taking the goods with you as on board luggage, you must request a ‘TaxFreeWorldwide’ receipt.

Customers registered for VAT in the EU, other than the SPAIN:

If you are dispatching purchases back to an EU country where you are registered for VAT, please request either an ‘VAT refunds for overseas businesses elsewhere in the EU’, or for Irish customers, ‘VAT refunds for businesses in the Republic of Ireland’.

Please note that refunds can only be made to the persons who originally purchased the goods and cannot be made to any UK residents. The notices will request evidence to qualify for a refund. We must receive all necessary evidence within 3 months of the date of your purchase.

If you are purchasing goods online via the MdlM website to be shipped directly abroad, then you may be able to claim back the VAT on the goods (VAT cannot be claimed for the delivery charges). Your order confirmation email is your VAT receipt.
